● Product performance and characteristics
Semiconductor-grade reverse osmosis membrane elements (SG) are mainly designed for semiconductor and other electronic industries. They meet the performance requirements for ultrapure water preparation of microprocessors, semiconductors, and other silicon-based material equipment manufacturers.
It has higher rejection rates of low molecular weight organic compounds (TOC) and silicon, as well as lower dissolution amount of TOC.
