● Product performance and characteristics
Dairy reverse osmosis membrane element (FDRO) is a high-desalination reverse osmosis membrane element specially designed and developed for dairy processing. The whole series of this product have sanitary certificates.
The shell of membrane element is designed with full lamination, which minimizes retention areas and achieves hygiene needs. Reducing the bypass flow can maximize the cross-flow velocity on the membrane surface, thus achieving higher water flow and recovery rate. At the same time, due to the reduction of external bypass flow, the required feedwater flow under the same pressure drop is about 20% lower than that of ordinary shell membrane elements, which greatly reduces energy consumption.
